Uranium is a diversified junior resource exploration company with specific
focus on mineral properties in North America. UVC Uranium's main objective
is to acquire mineral concessions, finance their exploration, and bring

option agreements or through a combination of both.
UVC Uranium's 2007 Development Program will focus on their recent aquisition
of the McLaren Lake Project in NWT, Canada. McLaren Lake's mineral tenure
covers hundreds of known or recorded Uranium, rare earth elements, and

Mr Strickland holds a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc) in Geology and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and is a qualified person as defined by national Instrument 43-101. Mr Strickland works as an Independent geological consultant and is a director of several companies. Having worked throughout North America and Asia his career has panned over 20 years.
